These storage facilities are within a secure 24/7 CCTV and alarmed warehouse with comprehensive insurance arrangements. All items held in store are audited via a computerised inventory system which logs all relevant details and assigns a unique reference number.

Each month an updated inventory is available detailing the changes to stock held which provides immediate information on items available.

TRANSDEC provide a comprehensive document storage and retrieval service for customers who require off site storage facilities for archive material. The need to free up expensive office space has created an opportunity to provide a secure and reliable service, which utilizes many of our existing facilities.

Along with the collection /retrieval service, additional options include shredding and destruction (including disposal certificate), on-site and off-site cataloguing and supply of new archive boxes.
